Since founding SparkUs, Ozlem has helped over 30,000 individuals through innovative coaching solutions. An esteemed professional coach since 2007, Ozlem was recognized as one of the six honorees of the ICF Young Leader Award in 2019 and became a member of the Forbes Coaches Council in 2021. With more than 1500 hours of coaching experience and faculty membership at the Institute for Transformational Psychology, Ozlem continues to shape the coaching landscape. Ozlem is also the author of the book “World Voices in a Polarized World,” published in 2019.
