Thor-Erik Gulliksen

Thor-Erik Gulliksen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and education. As Vice President and Co-founder of EMCC Norway since May 2014, Thor-Erik has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's vision as a global resource for evidence-based coaching and mentoring, representing over 10,000 members in 85 countries. Thor-Erik is also the co-founder of Mentorguru, which specializes in mentoring programs and training, and has contributed to the Junior Chamber International as a Senator since 2006 and Executive Vice President of Training University. With teaching roles at Etterstad Upper High School and Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences, Thor-Erik focuses on entrepreneurship, marketing, and career guidance. Thor-Erik's educational background includes degrees in Marketing and Coaching from various institutions, underscoring a commitment to lifelong learning and development.
