Mili Sestic

Mili Sestic has extensive experience in change management and strategic consulting, currently serving as the Head, Strategic Consulting Manager at Emch+Berger Group since April 2016, focusing on the implementation of ERTMS technology in Denmark's rail network. Previous roles include Deputy Head of Department for Change Management and Junior Change Agent at the same company. Mili also worked as a Project Coordinator at Schüler Helfen Leben e.V., where establishment of the Academy for Young Leaders in Civil Society in Bosnia and Herzegovina was key, and served as a Senior Teaching Assistant at International Burch University. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature. Additional education includes a Danish language course and a traineeship in change management.
