Rodney Milton has over 15 years of experience in Help Desk Management and Customer Relationship Management. He joined EMCO in September 2006 as Senior Help Desk Support Service Analyst. Prior to joining EMCO he served as an IT Support Specialist II, Technology Instructional Assistant, IT Specialist and Enterprise Service Desk Supervisor. He is from Huntsville, Alabama where he graduated from Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Procurement.
During his tenure at EMCO he has served in several roles to include Help Desk Team Lead, Mobile Computing Supervisor and as the Enterprise Service Desk Operations Manager.
Rodney is responsible for Managing and maintaining prime-contract customer relationships across multifunctional areas of the business. Customer base includes Leidos (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Information Technology and NASA NEST) Programs.
