John Frayer

John Frayer is an experienced operations manager and military officer with extensive expertise in project management, planning, and engineering within both civilian and military sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at EMCOR Facilities Services since October 2022, John also holds the position of Executive Officer for the US Army Corps of Engineers, overseeing construction projects and engineer support efforts for Operation Inherent Resolve. With a robust military background, John has served in various roles, including Brigade Engineer Planner and Commander of an Engineer Company, contributing to training and operational support for military units.
