Charles Hebert

Charles Hebert has extensive legal experience, currently serving at EMCOR Industrial Services since January 2019. Prior to this role, Charles held positions as Corporate Counsel at Repcon, Inc from June 2017 to January 2019, and as General Counsel at Plant Performance Services LLC from June 2011 to April 2016, where responsibilities included agreement negotiation, risk analysis, and legal training. Charles also worked for Fluor from August 2001 to June 2011, first as Counsel and Senior Counsel and previously as a Process Manager, focusing on construction and procurement agreements in the oil and gas and power sectors. Earlier experience includes practicing law at Charles J. Hebert APLC from 1986 to 2001, handling various civil legal matters. Charles Hebert holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a BSM in Business Administration and Management from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
