Nihal Tabbarah, PHRi, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent development, acquisition, and performance management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at eMcREY since July 2023, Nihal previously worked at i engineering Group for nearly four years, holding roles as Talent Development Professional, Group HR Coordinator, and Group HR Officer, where responsibilities included monitoring trainee progress and utilizing various networks for candidate identification. Prior experience includes a position as Recruitment Consultant at M.C.A. People Solutions. Nihal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lebanese American University, completed between 2015 and 2018.
