Harry Tran Pe

Harry Tran, PE, is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer at EMCS, Inc. since July 2014, specializing in roadway and drainage design as well as leading construction projects for both WisDOT and private entities. Previously, Harry held the position of Traffic Engineer at SRF Consulting Group, where assistance was provided in designing traffic signals and conducting traffic studies. Harry also gained valuable experience as a Civil Engineer Intern with the City of Mendota Heights and as a Field Technician Intern at Braun Intertec Corporation. In addition to engineering roles, Harry served as the Y-CAP Coordinator at the University YMCA, supporting underrepresented students in their college experience. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2013.
