Heather Hovanic

Heather Hovanic is an accomplished medical sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Area Field Trainer and previously as Area Business Manager at EMD Serono, Inc. since November 2021, Heather has a proven track record in sales and team development. Prior to this, Heather held multiple positions at Medtronic, including Territory Manager and Field Sales Trainer, and was recognized as FY 21 Rookie of the Year in the Diabetes division. Heather also worked as Physician Relations Manager at Allegheny Health Network, Territory Manager at Coloplast, Account Manager at Byram Healthcare, and Regional Business Manager at Citizens Bank, overseeing significant operational and strategic initiatives to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Heather began a career in banking with Citizens Bank as Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College.
