Jen Doherty

Jen Doherty, PhD, is an experienced leader in the field of oncology, currently serving as the Head of Field Medical for US Oncology at EMD Serono, Inc., a position held since June 2015. Previous roles include Director of East Region Field Medical and Associate Director of Evidence Generation and Knowledge Management in Global Medical Affairs at EMD Serono. Prior to this, Jen worked at Dendreon as Associate Medical Director and Medical Science Liaison, and at Amgen as a Senior Oncology Medical Science Liaison and Oncology Regional Medical Liaison. Jen's career began at Quintiles as a Project Coordinator and includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, as well as a research associate position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jen holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Pathology from the UNC School of Medicine and a BSPH with Honors and Distinction in Nutrition and Spanish from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health.
