Kathy Large

Kathy Large is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Director of Capability Building at EMD Serono, Inc. since May 2014. Kathy has extensive expertise in training and capability-building initiatives, particularly for customer-facing roles in oncology and neurology/immunology, and has successfully led projects such as the Evo capabilities-building plan. Prior experience includes positions at OPKO Health, Endo Pharmaceuticals, BAYER Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, Ortho Biotech/Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and Eli Lilly & Company, where Kathy excelled in sales and marketing roles, achieving notable recognitions such as the President’s Club Winner and Circle of Excellence Award. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University.
