Lillian Schaff

Lillian Schaff, HMCC, LSS, is an experienced professional in healthcare congress strategy and execution, currently serving as the Global Head at EMD Serono, Inc. since June 2018. In this role, Lillian leads global congress teams overseeing strategic execution for various therapeutic areas, including Oncology and Neurology, managing all aspects from booth selection to budgeting for large-scale congresses. Prior to this position, Lillian held roles at EMD Serono as Sr. Manager & Global Business Partner in Oncology, as well as at AbbVie as Exhibit Account Manager, where extensive experience was gained in managing trade shows with significant budgets. Lillian began a career at Abbott as a Sr Meeting Planner, focusing on global meeting logistics and vendor management. Lillian holds an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature from Columbia College.
