Mathilde Bonnemaison, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at EMD Serono, Inc. since July 2021, previously serving as a Scientist. Bonnemaison co-founded Adelego, a project aimed at aiding dependent individuals and improving caregiver assistance. Prior research experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the University of Massachusetts Boston focused on prostate fibrosis, and another at the University of Nebraska Medical Center investigating kidney injury in systemic lupus erythematosus. Further academic roles involved teaching microbiology and biology at College of Saint Mary and Metropolitan Community College, respectively. Bonnemaison obtained a PhD in Biomedical Science from The University of Connecticut Health Center and has a strong background in biochemical research, having conducted studies from the cellular distribution of metallo-proteins to the synthesis of fluorescent probes. Education also includes a Master's degree in Nanoscience and Biological Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Biological Chemistry from Université de Bordeaux.
