Michael Nagle

Michael Nagle serves as the Director of Leadership Excellence and Coaching Capabilities at EMD Serono, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and delivering leadership development programs. In addition to this role, Michael has been an Executive Coach at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business since June 2018 and previously at Boston University Questrom School of Business until March 2020. Michael collaborated with Full Circle Group as a Senior Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach from April 2016 to March 2020, facilitating significant leadership transformations. Michael's consulting experience spans over two decades, with a focus on developing effective leaders through Michael Nagle Consulting Group and previous positions at AstraZeneca and Astra Pharmaceuticals. Michael holds a master's degree in Organization Development from American University and a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Siena College.
