Matt Foster is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across various industries and regions. Currently serving as Director of BPO/SSC at EMEA Recruitment since April 2024, Matt specializes in Finance & Accountancy, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Operations recruitment in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Matt co-owned Big Billers Executive Search, focusing on talent acquisition and M&A management within the global Executive Search industry. Previous positions include Managing Director roles at Tecside Group, CVO Sales & Marketing Recruitment, and Foster Graham Associates, along with serving as EMEA Regional Director at Reed and Director of Financial Search at Humana. Matt began a career in recruitment as a Consultant at Robert Walters and has a foundation in marketing from allied domecq. Matt's academic background includes a BSc Hons in International Business and Modern Languages from Aston University and studies at KEDGE Business School.
