David Cox

David Cox has held various significant roles in human resources and operations across multiple organizations. At EMED Group, since June 2023, David serves as HR Manager and HR Team Leader following the rebranding of the company from ERS and E-zec Medical. Prior to this, from October 2021 to May 2023, David worked as HR Process Lead and Pay & Benefits SME for Rolls Royce Aerospace and Submarines at Infosys BPM. David also served as Census Area Manager at the Office for National Statistics for a brief period in 2021, overseeing the decennial census process in England and Wales. David's earlier experience includes a substantial tenure at Midlands Arts Centre as Operations Manager, enhancing the arts center's operations following a major refurbishment. Additionally, David's career began at Servisair, where a progression from Passenger Services Agent to Passenger Services Manager involved leading a team responsible for front-of-house operations.
