Tzlil Bar

Tzlil Bar's work experience begins in 2005, where they served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Their responsibilities included managing intelligence operations, commanding a team of soldiers, and overseeing their development. In 2010, they joined Perrigo Company plc as a Quality Assurance professional, ensuring production processes adhered to pharmaceutical standards. Tzlil then moved on to Hazera Genetics in 2011, where they worked as an R&D Research Associate, focusing on the development of genetic markers linked to fruits and vegetables. Their tasks included project management, DNA isolation, and writing validation reports. In 2013, Tzlil joined Monsanto Company as a Research Associate, working on developing seed treatments for insect control. Collaborating with US teams, they conducted insect bioassays and achieved proof of concept for the effectiveness of the treatment. Tzlil then joined Emendo Biotherapeutics in 2016 and held two roles: Senior Research Associate and Scientist, Team Leader. Their current position involves leading a team and contributing to research efforts.

Tzlil Bar completed their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biotechnology engineering.
