Janna Hines

Janna Hines is the Founder and CEO of Janna Allen Hines Consulting, established in June 2019, specializing in providing innovative solutions for organizations to enhance cultural competency and integrate inclusive practices into their operations. Janna serves as the Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Emera since January 2025 and previously worked as a Consultant at Be Equitable from November 2021 to September 2023. At Central Health from May 2019 to November 2021, Janna held the position of Diversity and Inclusion Manager, where responsibilities included leading DEI strategies, guiding executive leadership, and facilitating training for over 200 employees. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager of Communications & Community Engagement at Central Health and as Community School Coordinator at Austin Voices for Education and Youth. Janna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Concordia Portland, earned between 2012 and 2016.
