Mike Freeman

Mike Freeman is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and analysis. Since August 2002, Freeman has held various roles at Emera Inc., progressing from Risk Analyst to Risk Manager, where expertise in managing financial risks is applied. Prior to this, Freeman worked as a Programmer Analyst at Memorial University of Newfoundland and as a Software Developer at Abacus Solutions Inc., focusing on custom database software solutions for the oil and gas sector. Freeman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Alberta, earned from 1988 to 1992.
