Bob Pacenta

Bob Pacenta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and management. Currently serving as the Purchasing & Stores Manager at Emerald Coast Utilities Authority since November 2020, Bob oversees the activities of the purchasing and stores division within the Finance Department, providing administrative and supervisory support to the department director. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Assistant Director at the University of West Florida from November 2012 to November 2020. Bob holds a Master of Arts degree in Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida.
