VALERIANO DÍAZ PARRILLAS

Valeriano Díaz Parrillas has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Quality Control Technician for Optimal Care S.A. During this time, they were responsible for controlling and measuring different physical and chemical parameters to ensure the quality of the products, as well as sampling of raw materials and finished products. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Research Technician, Research Associate Chemical Development and Production, and Technician Chemical Development and Production for BioMarin Nederland B.V. VALERIANO'sroles included organic chemistry synthesis and analysis of target molecules for in vivo evaluation, peptides synthesis, modified oligonucleotides, and large scale in house production for preclinical evaluation. Since 2017, they have been working at Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals as Associate Director, Manufacturing and CMC, Manager, Manufacturing and CMC, and Manufacturing and QA Manager.

Valeriano Díaz Parrillas earned a Master's degree in Biochemistry from Leiden University in 2012 and a degree in Chemistry from Universidad de Alcalá in 2011.
