Jeanne Carpentier (Retired) has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Jeanne started their career at RMS Hospitality in 1998, where they served as the VP of Sales & Marketing. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing sales and marketing efforts for multiple hotels. Jeanne then joined Hilton Garden Inn - Freeport, ME in 2004 as the General Manager, successfully opening the hotel in 2005 and maintaining high quality assurance scores. In 2010, Jeanne began working at Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc. as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. In this role, they oversaw sales and marketing initiatives for 12 lodging properties in Maine, Massachusetts, and New York. Jeanne later advanced to the position of Regional VP of Revenue Generation, where they continued to drive revenue and ensure successful implementation of sales and marketing goals. Jeanne held this position until their retirement in 2022.
Jeanne Carpentier (Retired) pursued their higher education from 1984 to 1986 at the University of Southern Maine - School of Business. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Administration.
