Amir Yamin

Amir Yamin has a strong background in software engineering and leadership roles. Amir started their career at TkXel as a Software Engineer, where they developed and maintained web applications using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Amir also participated in code reviews and contributed to automated testing suites.

Amir then joined Kwanso as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed web applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and Shopify. Amir collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable and high-performing applications.

Amir later moved on to Emerald Labs, where they held the role of Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead. In this position, they led a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Amir also oversaw the development process, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.

Currently, Amir is serving as the Head of Engineering at Emerald Labs. In this role, they provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring projects are completed on time with high quality and performance. Amir is responsible for designing and maintaining the overall architecture of the software and collaborating with the product team to prioritize features and tasks.

Throughout their career, Amir has consistently demonstrated their ability to design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications, while also taking on leadership responsibilities.

Amir Yamin pursued their education in Computer Science from 2007 to 2011 at The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, completing their BSCS degree during this period.
