Yimeng Jiang

Yimeng Jiang is a Research Director at Emerald Research Group since December 2022, with prior experience in similar roles at Hanover Research from February 2020 to December 2022. Yimeng also served as a Research Content Analyst during that period and was a PhD Researcher at the Australian National University from May 2013 to July 2019, focusing on alternative fuel vehicle adoption. Research projects include market comparison and time series analysis of AFV adoption in Australia and the United States, as well as evaluating the impact of the AA2020 Technology Roadmap on the Australian automotive industry. Yimeng holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Alternative Fuel Vehicle Adoption from The Australian National University and has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Manufacturing and Management Systems, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. Additionally, Yimeng has experience as an engineering course tutor at the Australian National University, covering topics related to system engineering design and analysis.
