Lauren Pennywell is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience across various roles in the oil and gas industry and business development. Currently employed at Emerald Surf Sciences, Lauren focuses on enhancing knowledge dissemination and client communication. As the owner of Pennywell Creative, Lauren develops strategic materials for diverse organizations, including startups and non-profits. Previous positions include Marketing Communications Specialist at Community Renewal International, Vice President of Corporate Planning and Reserves, and Reservoir Engineer at O'Brien Energy Company, where Lauren managed critical financial discussions and analyses. Lauren’s engineering experience also encompasses significant contributions at ExxonMobil, where Lauren led initiatives to optimize production and improve reservoir performance. Lauren holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Louisiana Tech University.
