Monika Wodzynski is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Head of People at Emerald Technology Ventures since January 2024, Monika previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Loylogic from April 2016 to January 2024, where responsibilities included enhancing overall people experience. Monika's career also includes roles as HR Business Partner and HR Specialist Services at SR Technics Group from June 2013 to March 2016, and as IT Recruitment Advisor at Stamford Consultants from May 2011 to May 2013. Monika holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, along with a HR Assistant certification from AKAD and a Co-Active Coaching certificate from the Co-Active Training Institute.
