Eddie Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of sales operations and CRM support. Eddie started their career at UBM Advanstar in 2004, where they served as a Senior Corporate Data Analyst and later as a Senior Business Analyst. During their time there, they played a key role in Salesforce administration, project management, data migration, and training. In 2017, Eddie joined Informa as a Lead Applications BA, overseeing the operational aspects of Informa's Salesforce Instance for Global Exhibitions, EMEA, and Penton properties. Eddie also managed the UBM Advanstar Salesforce instance, including various business groups. Additionally, Eddie served as a Salesforce Team Manager at Informa, leading a global team responsible for CRM support across multiple applications. In 2019, they joined Emerald as the Director of Sales Ops.
Eddie Chang attended UCLA from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 2017, they also obtained a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SP17) from Salesforce, and in 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc.
