Yana Dinova

Yana Dinova is an experienced professional in account management and support, currently serving as the POS Support Team Lead and previously as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at emerchantpay since August 2020. Yana co-founded Triartelie Ltd., a wedding planning agency, from January 2019 to February 2022. Prior to this, Yana worked as a freelance translator specializing in multiple language pairs, particularly Italian, Bulgarian, and English, from 2006 to April 2021. Yana's extensive experience also includes roles in conference management, managing directors, and customer relations across various companies. Yana holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Università degli Studi di Trieste, further supported by secondary education in English language and Mathematics.
