Maurisa Lenz

Maurisa Lenz, MS-HRM, serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at EMERGE since October 2023. Prior experience includes over nine years at the Greater Houston Partnership, where Maurisa held various roles, culminating as Vice President of Human Resources, contributing to the organization’s mission of promoting local business involvement and regional growth. Additional experience spans positions at Oceaneering, focusing on talent development and general human resources functions, along with previous roles in staffing and employee management. Maurisa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
