Fernanda Guedes is an experienced project analyst currently working at EMERGE Brasil since August 2022. Previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at XUA from January 2020 to August 2022 and served in various roles at Brota Company between June 2020 and May 2022, including Head of Customer Experience and Head of Data. Additionally, Fernanda was a facilitator of experiences at Trivalente, co-founder of Inside Food System, and part of the team at Brasil Júnior. Early career includes working as an operations assistant at Dahhorta Salad Maker and leadership roles as president and vice-president at GEPEA - Consultoria em Alimentos. Fernanda holds a bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, completed in July 2023.
