Beata Dutkalska

Beata Dutkalska possesses over 15 years of extensive experience in professional services, human resources, and project management within IT consultancy and contracting agencies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Emerge Soft Inc. since May 2019, Beata also holds the position of Owner/Senior IT Recruitment Partner at MoBe Solutions since March 2015. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Trenkwalder Polska, Director of Outsourcing Department at INFINITE – IT solutions, and Business Director for Poland at Chronos Consulting, among others. Beata's career has encompassed various functions in sales, HR, project management, and business development, complemented by a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.
