Adriana Bolivar

Adriana Bolivar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Adriana currently works as the Managing Director of Development at EMERGE, a position they have held since August 2023. Before that, Adriana served as the Director of Advancement at Good Reason Houston from August 2022 to August 2023, and as the Manager of Individual Giving from March 2021 to August 2022.

Prior to their work at Good Reason Houston, Adriana held the role of Development Manager, Major Gifts at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston from September 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they conducted prospect research, developed strategies, proposals, and stewardship plans, and managed a portfolio of major gift prospects.

Adriana began their career as a Development Intern & Workers' Rights Advocate at the Houston Interfaith Worker Justice Center from May 2011 to October 2011. Overall, Adriana has demonstrated expertise in development, advancement, individual giving, major gifts, special events, and foundation giving throughout their career.
