EMERGE
Onjheney W. is currently serving as Program Coordinator at Fund Texas Choice since December 2023. Prior to this role, Onjheney W. was the Manager of College Success at EMERGE Fellowship from October 2021 to November 2023. Onjheney W. also held positions at KIPP Texas Public Schools from June 2018 to June 2021, including Retention & Completion Specialist and College Transition Specialist, providing guidance to high school alumni navigating their first year of college. Previous experience includes a Relationship Specialist Practicum at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri and serving as Teen Support Supervisor at Wyman Center. Onjheney W. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Africana Studies from Texas A&M University in 2016 and a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis in 2018.
