Joseph began their career at Trax Group as an Account Manager and later took on roles as Governance, Risk, & Compliance Senior Analyst and Customer Success Manager and Scrum Master. Joseph's work experience includes responsibilities such as sales support, product management, customer relationship management, program management, operations management, and event coordination.
