Rhett Depauw

Rhett DePauw is an accomplished professional in revenue operations and marketing technology, currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Innovation Refunds since July 2022. With prior roles as Director and Senior Manager of Revenue Operations at the same company, Rhett has demonstrated expertise in optimizing sales processes and enhancing conversion rates. Rhett's experience includes directing revenue operations at Arcoro, where collaborative efforts with sales, marketing, and product stakeholders proved effective. Previously, at Businessolver, Rhett held multiple roles in digital marketing, while earlier graphic design positions at Blue Frog, Heritage Embroidery & Design, the den, and Donate Design showcase a strong foundation in creative design across various mediums. Rhett holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of Iowa.
