Iris Sandoval, MBA, PHRca, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various roles and industries. Iris currently holds the position of Chief of Human Resources at Emergence Health Network since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Consultant and Director of Human Resources at Mesilla Valley Hospital from 2019 to 2022.
Before joining Mesilla Valley Hospital, Iris worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Hospitals of Providence from 2018 to 2019. Iris also served as a Senior Human Resources Business Advisor at ADP from 2015 to 2018 and as a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist at Verizon from 2014 to 2016.
Their career in human resources started at Retreat Healthcare, where they served as the Human Resources and Marketing Director from 2013 to 2014. Throughout their career, Iris has demonstrated their expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and strategic planning.
Iris Sandoval, MBA, PHRca, SHRM-CP, completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The University of New Mexico, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Iris also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR)ca certification from HRCI in July 2016 and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2016.
