Amol Nayate

Amol Nayate is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Emergence since January 2024, Amol previously held the position of Software Lead at Merlyn Mind from June 2018 to November 2024. Prior experience includes tenure as a Software Engineer at Axiom Services Group from April 2009 to June 2018, and as a Research Staff Member at IBM T. J. Watson Research from December 2006 to March 2009. Amol began academic pursuits as a Graduate Student at the University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2006, culminating in a PhD in Computer Science from the same institution.
