Dorothy Habrat Do

Dorothy Habrat DO is an accomplished Emergency Medicine Physician and Assistant Professor at The University of New Mexico School of Medicine since September 2019. In addition to serving as an EMS Physician and Program Director for the EMS Fellowship in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Dorothy holds multiple Medical Director positions, including roles at MedBow, Bernalillo County Fire Department, Bernalillo County Dispatch and Communication Center, and the Albuquerque Sane Collaborative. Experience also includes providing specialty pre-hospital care with Emergency-1 Response, Inc., and working as an event physician for large-scale music festivals with Insomniac Events. Dorothy's academic background includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from San Diego State University-California State University.
