Fatima Escobido possesses extensive experience in quality control and customer service management. Currently serving as a Quality Control Administrator at Emergency Assistance Foundation since February 2021, Fatima previously held the position of Customer Service Manager at Teleperformance from June 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, team management, task delegation, and coaching team members to enhance their skills.
