Heidi Best

Heidi Best is a highly experienced and accomplished physician in the field of emergency medicine. Currently serving as the President of Emergency Physicians of Tidewater, Heidi also holds roles as a Physician Recruiter and Oral Boards Examiner. In addition, Heidi is the Chair and Chair-elect at Emergency Medicine Business Coalition and a Board Member at the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM). With a background in emergency medicine residency from Eastern Virginia Medical School and a MD from University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Heidi has a solid educational foundation. Prior to their current roles, Heidi served as the Medical Director at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital Emergency Department.
