Andrea Conder

Andrea Conder is a seasoned educator with over 21 years of experience, primarily in elementary education. Currently serving as a Certified Emergenetics Associate at Emergenetics International since July 2021, Conder specializes in STEM education, Next Generation Learning Skills, and Inquiry-Based teaching instruction. In addition, since August 2017, Conder has been a Digital Learning Coach at Academy School District 20, where responsibilities include supporting staff, students, and families in optimizing digital resources and assisting in the evaluation and selection of age-appropriate tools. Previously, Conder taught STEAM subjects at Colorado Springs School District 11 from August 2000 to July 2021. Conder holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Integrated Natural Sciences from Colorado College and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with an Elementary Education endorsement from the University of Northern Colorado.
