Tuan-Anh (Andy) Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and strategic project oversight. Currently, Tuan-Anh is the Co-Founder of Saigon Padel and serves as a Project Manager for strategic projects at CHANEL. As a Certified Associate at Emergenetics International since June 2017, Tuan-Anh has played a pivotal role in establishing the Emergenetics business in Vietnam, providing psychometric assessments and solutions for businesses. Previous roles include Head of Rewards & Strategic HR at UOB and Consultant at Korn Ferry, where Tuan-Anh led initiatives in performance management, employee engagement, and talent assessment. Tuan-Anh's educational background includes an MSc in Innovation from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics & Finance from RMIT University.
