Helen Gerrard

Helen Gerrard is currently a Partner at Ignition Law, specialising in corporate, commercial, and finance law. Prior to this role, Helen held positions at SnowDrone Transfers, Linklaters, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Babson Capital Europe Limited, O'Melveny & Myers, Alcentra, and Goldman Sachs in various legal roles. Helen obtained a Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction from Nottingham Law School and a 2:1 LLB with Honours in Law from the University of Nottingham.
