Ken Fontaine

Ken Fontaine is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering, Facilities, and Validation at Emergent BioSolutions since October 2020, Ken previously held the position of Head of Covington Engineering at Takeda, where responsibilities included overseeing various engineering functions at a major plasma fractionation facility. Prior to that, Ken was Head of Facilities and Engineering at Lonza, focusing on Facilities Engineering and Infrastructure Services in the BioScience Division. Ken's career began at MedImmune, where a significant tenure as Senior Director of Engineering and Facilities was established from October 2009 to June 2017.
