Since 2020, they have been the President of Mid-Atlantic Collectors Association and since 2018, they have been the Compliance Program Manager at Emergent Business Group.
Charles Riter studied at Germantown Academy from 1962 to 1973 and then went on to Ithaca College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management in 1977. Charles has also obtained several certifications, including an ACA Credit & Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) from ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals in December 2014, an ACA Fellow Designation from the same institution in May 2014, a RMA Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) from RMA International in November 2013, and an ACA Scholar Designation from ACA International in September 2013.
