Cody Fletcher

Cody Fletcher is an experienced technology leader, currently serving as the CTO and Founder of Emergent Developers since 2021, where multiple software development products are being incubated. Previously, Cody held roles at Stratasan as a Senior Software Engineer and Developer Advocate, and served on the selection committee and as an advisor for EvoNexus, a technology incubator in Southern California. As a Certified Scrum Developer® instructor with Scrum Alliance, and a Technical Trainer & Agile Coach at Rocket Nine Solutions, Inc., Cody has a strong background in Agile methodologies. Additional roles include VP of Engineering at Buy It Installed, Inc., Lead Architect at Hash Finance—with a notable achievement as a 2019 SXSW Interactive Innovation Award Finalist—and Founder & CTO at Flip Studios, where successful applications such as Polyphonic and Taco Calculator were developed. Cody's prior experience also includes serving as VP of Production & Sales and CTO at YoloCare, and Director of Development at Innovative Idea Group. Cody holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and further education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
