Tracy McElvaney

Tracy McElvaney is an experienced professional in public safety communications and technology strategy. Currently serving as Vice President and National Sales Director at Emergent Fire & EMS Software since September 2024, Tracy previously held significant roles at AT&T as Principal Market Development Manager and Associate Director, where responsibilities included FirstNet technology strategy and public safety communication solutions. Tracy's expertise was further developed at the First Responder Network Authority as Senior Director of Market Strategy, leading public safety engagement and co-authoring the FirstNet Authority Roadmap. Additional experience includes a role as Engineering Manager at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and serving as Assistant Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Frederick-Firestone Fire Protection District. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and has completed a program in Lay Ministry at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
