Prashant Sharma

Prashant Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Growth & Marketing at Emergent since April 2025, Prashant leads growth initiatives for a leading AI startup. Prior to this role, Prashant founded and served as CEO of Build, creating the world's first learning ecosystem for product development. At Springboard, as Head of Growth for India, Prashant was instrumental in scaling revenues to $2M ARR within 1.5 years and also contributed to the India launch plan as Operations Lead. As the Founder and CEO of Offrd, Prashant developed a non-tech hiring platform that gained over 5,000 users in just three months. Additionally, Prashant worked as Growth Lead for Udacity in India, focusing on expanding its presence in educational institutions. Prashant holds a B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and studied Entrepreneurship at Draper University.
