Deonte J. Watters

Deonte leads the formation and execution of customer contracts for Emergent. His Customer Contracts team is responsible for the planning, administration, and resolution of contracts across the organization. Before joining Emergent, Deonte served as a procurement official for NASA Langley Research Center and the City of Chesapeake, Virginia. As a public servant, he led contracting for various commodities and services, overseeing the procurement process during all phases of the contract lifecycle. He is responsible for leading a team of dedicated contracting professionals to find creative solutions to complex and unique client contracting needs for innovative technology solutions.
