Lynn Brogis

Lynn joined Emergent in 2011 and has more than 25 years of legal experience serving technology companies. Before Emergent, she was Corporate Counsel for Appian Corporation. She has also served as Director of Legal Services & Corporate Secretary for InteliData Technologies Corporation. Lynn is instrumental in the continual improvement of the internal procedures, especially when connected to new business requirements.
